    Kafta is made from minced meat, parsley, onion and red capsicum. It is moulded to look like a sausage (without the casing).

    Kafta is an Arabic cuisine which was established in Lebanon and is now enjoyed throughout the middle east and all around the world.

    Abu Ahmad Butchery was established in 1994 by our father Jamal Fettayleh who’s special recipe for Kafta has remained in the family and is now proudly produced by his sons Ahmad and Mohamad Fettayleh who have taken over the family business from there dad and are proudly growing the business and spreading the good taste of there fathers delicious kafta.
